Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

• Free Shipping for orders over $84.00

Delivery estimates begin after your processing window, not at order placement.

Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS and UPS. Orders qualify for free standard shipping.

International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email. Track your order at the carrier's official website.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@klinetiq.com.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Contact us immediately at support@klinetiq.com if you spot an error — we can only make changes before the order is processed.
